SOLUTION For Construction and RENOVATION in SINGAPORE
Established in 1981 as a sole proprietorship, Happy Renovation & Furniture Contractor initially offered home renovation services, specialising in woodwork craftsmanship. As operations expanded, we added commercial outfitting to our scope of services and provide a wider industry coverage.
We incorporated and rebranded the company as HRFC Pte Ltd in 2009. To date, we have outfitted hundreds of commercial projects and continue to add such projects to our portfolio.
With our quality track record over nearly four decades, we have become the trusted service provider for store front and interior design & outfitting for businesses across Singapore. The value we deliver for our clients is the ability to maximise the use of small spaces in kiosk-type set-ups and have their stores ready for operation in a short time frame . OUR STRATEGIC APPROACH
Starts with Consultation.
We sit with you in this important consultation phase to understand what your vision is for your store, the space we have to play in and any constraints we have to work within. Our experts listen to your requests, advise on what will work, provide additional suggestions for your consideration and introduce the types of materials, electrical fittings, furniture and equipment you can consider to build the store you want.
Planning
We then go away and draw out a detailed plan on autoCAD. We present this to you in 3D rendering so that you can fully visualise the end result before we settle on the materials needed and start the renovation process.
RED TAPE
Once the designs are finalised and agreed, regulatory approvals need to be sought. We’ll take this hassle from you, applying for all the relevant approvals with the authorities and submitting the necessary risk assessment documents on your behalf.
EXECUTION
With the approvals granted, we draw up a clear schedule of execution, and our team of specialised outfitters get to work bringing the plan to reality. Regardless, the date we give you for completion is a promise, so you can start making your launch plans based on that.
Follow-UP
We get in touch with you again once you start operations to ensure that everything works as expected. We’ll fix any concerns that arise as soon as possible. Down the line, we’re always here to rely on, should you need repairs based on wear and tear.
